Winter Break is coming…there is no school from December 22 through January 2. School resumes January 5.

Other Events
Wednesday, the Mtn. View students and staff enjoyed music performed by our Intermediate and Advanced Bands, Choir and MV/CV Advanced Strings. We always enjoy this assembly!
Writers’ Group met after school on Thursday.
The Movie Incentive Trip list was posted in the Commons on Wednesday and permission slips handed out at lunch time. The permission slip and $1 were due back today with the trip taking place next week.
Cozy Holidays Spirit Day is Friday, December 19. Students can wear their favorite ugly holiday sweater, or their holiday pjs, or just about anything that says to them cozy holidays. Please remind them to follow school dress code.
Heads up
We have been made aware of a few cases of head lice in the last several weeks. Please remind your student not to share hair items such as: brushes, combs, hair ties, head bands, hats, etc.
Lost and Found
Mtn. View’s Lost and Founds, across from the Office and in the Commons, are growing. When Winter Break arrives, items left in the Commons Lost and Found will be donated to charity. The Lost and Found across from the Office is rotated once a month.
