It's Homecoming Week at NHS

It is time to celebrate this fall festival. This year, the theme is Las Vegas Hotels. Blue School has been given the always entertaining New York New York. Yellow School is representing Ceasar's Palace. SILVER School has been assigned the “Treasure Island” theme and Green School is having fun as "Excalibur".  Students are planning and building floats this week.  The NHS Homecoming Parade will begin at 5:00 in the north parking lot, move out to Springbrook and loop back to the south lot.  We hope to see you at the Homecoming game and the big half time extravaganza against the Century Jaguars beginning at 7:30.

Homecoming Dance
The Homecoming dance is slated for Saturday Night from 8-11. Students must purchase their tickets by Friday from the book keeper. In addition, they need to sign the code of conduct that states that they will be appropriate on the dance floor during the dance. If they cannot dance appropriately, they will be asked to leave. ALL students must have their school i.d. for entrance into the dance. If they are bringing a friend from another school, they need to get their visitor’s pass back to the activities director by Thursday morning. Please pick up your student/group by 11:15.

Homecoming Events

• Friday: Homecoming Parade North lot @ 5:00
• Friday: Football (Homecoming) vs. Century at 7:30
• Saturday: Cross Country @ Brooks Harrier Classic at Bryant Park (Albany) at 9:30

Saturday Oct 2nd – Homecoming Dance in the Commons 8-11 (all students must have their school i.d. to gain entry)
