Scholarship deadlines approaching FAST

Each year Newberg organizations, businesses and individuals contribute thousands of dollars to support NHS graduates achieve their college dreams.

Portland Community College is now accepting applications for the newly established Chehalem Valley Scholarship Fund.

The college’s Foundation Office will award eight $1,500 Chehalem Valley Scholarships for students from Newberg, Dundee and St. Paul to attend PCC next year. The application deadline is Friday, April 29 at 5 p.m. 

Check NHS College and Career website or Edline for specific criteria for these local scholarships. Applications are available in the Career Center or online. Information about current scholarships and FAFSA are also on this site.
