Adopt A Sailor

Our Dundee students and community really showed their "Attitude of Gratitude" this month!  Each classroom and the office "adopted" a sailor or soldier and filled a box full of goodies to help them through their first holiday season away from home.  Kevin Hall's son Kyle is in the Navy, stationed in Virginia Beach, VA.  He connected us with several sailors who have just finished their schooling and will be thrilled to receive their 'care package' from Dundee Elementary.  We also adopted Josh Martin, a recent Newberg High School graduate who went to school here at Dundee.  Josh enlisted in the Army after graduation and is stationed at Fort Benning, GA.  We're confident we are making the holiday season brighter for at least 13 service men and women this year!Thank you!
