Edwards Hearing Screening - K-3

Newberg School District is pleased to announce that we will be partnering with Portland State University School of Speech and Hearing Sciences to provide hearing screening to all kindergarten through third grade elementary students in attendance on Hearing Screening Day.

The hearing screening will consist of pure tone screening as outlined by the American Academy of Audiology.  The screening will be completed in a quiet separate location than the classroom.  Students will be taught how to perform during the hearing screening in their classroom.

If you do not want your student to participate, please sign and return the form below prior to the hearing screening date.
