Vision & Hearing Screenings
Your student will be bringing home paperwork next week regarding vision & hearing screenings for your student.
Hearing Screenings will be for students - KG - 3rd grade
Vision Screening will be ALL students
If you would like to opt your student out you will need to return the form. The forms are attached for your convenience.
