Hearing, Vision, and Dental Screenings at MR

Hearing Screenings will take place for K-3rd-grade students on Friday, November 9, 2018, at 8:30 A.M.

Vision and Dental Screening will take place on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 8:45AM for ALL students.

If you do not want your child to participate, please sign and return the attached form prior to November 16, 2018.
