The Mabel Rush annual Lion Walk is Friday, October 2! This is our school's primary fundraising event for the year. Students will walk or run as many laps as they can in the time allowed. Students can earn prizes for the most laps run and for raising the most money. Students ask their family, friends, and neighbors to support their school by sponsoring them in the Lion Walk. Every student has been sent home with a Sponsor Sheet to record pledges of support.
Volunteers are needed! Volunteers mark lap cards as students complete their laps, spray water for thirsty runners and walkers,and hand out snow cones and water bottles.
