Drum roll please ................... here's the news you've been waiting for!! The School Board approved the contract of Mabel Rush's new principal -- Lisa Callahan. She's currently a principal in Homer, Alaska with an excellent track record of instructional talent and leadership. I truly enjoyed meeting her and will support her in ANY capacity.
It has been an honor to serve this school I adore and love so much. Your children are blessed to be surrounded by this "family away from home" full of incredible staff who cherish your kids. I will definitely miss this.
