On Monday, June 19th we will be having our Family BBQ.
The BBQ will be served during student lunch times. The regular lunch schedule will be modified as follows:
Þ Kindergarten @ 11:00 AM
Þ 1st Grade @ 11:10 AM
Þ 2nd Grade @ 11:30 AM
Þ 3rd Grade @ 11:50 AM
Þ 4th Grade @ 12:10 PM
Þ 5th Grade @ 12:30 PM
To help cover the cost of the BBQ - PTO is suggesting a donation of $2.00 for each guest. All student lunches will be covered by PTO.

We are looking for volunteers to help with our Year-End Barbeque and Field Day. These events will take place on Monday, June 19. Brian would like 2-3 per class.
There will be opportunities to help set up Field Day, help with events, set up for the Family BBQ, and clean up after both events.
Because there will be so much going on that day we will probably need people to volunteer throughout the day.

· Field Day volunteers will be needed from 1:00 - 3:00 PM.
