Early Deadline For Students Changing Schools Within The District

The deadline for requesting to move your student from one school to another within the Newberg School District is six weeks from now. By March 15, 2012 all intra-district (between schools) transfers need to be submitted by parents/guardians to school principals for the upcoming 2012-13 school year. Changes in laws governing enrollment require schools to accelerate the timeline to ensure current resident students of the Newberg School District have priority in their school transfer requests.

Please contact the your current school office regarding the process for requesting intra-district transfers. Decisions regarding intra-district transfers are made at the school level.
