September 22nd is Assessment Day

Monday, September 22nd is Elementary Assessment Day.  The purpose of this day is to provide an opportunity to complete individual and small group assessments that will be used to plan instruction and monitor student progress.  Doing these assessments in one day will allow us to reduce the amount of classroom learning that is lost during regular class time.

Because school dismisses early on September 22nd we will need to know your child's plan when school dismisses.  Please fill out the form below and return it to your child's teacher as soon as possible.
