I trust all of you are in the midst of a relaxing and rejuvenating summer. Please take a moment to review the welcome back letter as it contains important information including our supply list and dates of upcoming activities. We will not be sending home a hard copy letter as to save on paper and postage, however if you would like a hard copy please feel free to call the office. We will also place this information on our school website. Please note that this email contains three important pieces of documentation:
1) Welcome Back Letter
2) Blank ASR form
3) ASR waiver (ASR waiver is located after the welcome back letter on the same attachment)
In order to pick up your student's schedule on Back to School Night, either the blank ASR form or the ASR waiver must be completed and turned in. Specific details are in the welcome back letter. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call the office (503) 554-4600 between the hours of 7 AM-4 PM beginning this Friday, the 16th. A one call will also be placed to your homes later this week.
