Important Upcoming JA Dates

Dear Families,
 
Welcome to the new school year at Joan Austin Elementary!
 
Here are a few upcoming dates and events that will be important to put on your calendars!
 
August 20th: Class lists will be sent by email this day. It will show your child's teacher and his/her classmates! These lists are final.
 
August 27th: Join us at school for our Supply Drop Off/Popsicle/Meet Your Teacher event from 3 - 4 pm! Students can meet their teacher, see their classroom, and connect with friends.
 
September 3rd: First Day of School for all K-5 students!
 
I am very excited to join the community of Joan Austin as the new principal! I am looking forward to meeting families and students on the 27th!
