JA Wednesday Communication Folder

Supply Night
If the air quality cooperates, Supply Night is on for September 17 from 8 am to 7 pm.
*Drive up to the front of the school and stay in your car
*Someone will ask your student’s grade and last name
*Someone else will bring out the supplies and hand them to you
*Don’t forget to bring your student’s Emergency Contact Form to return to us (if you haven’t already).
*Students will be receiving a whiteboard, workbooks and possibly other items.

Coffee with Principal (virtually)
This coming Tuesday, September 22, from 6-7 pm join Principal Bailey via Zoom for a virtual Coffee with the Principal.  Grab your coffee, find a comfy chair and join the call.  Mrs. Bailey is looking forward to connecting with our awesome JA families!

Good Stuff Bag Program
The Good Stuff Bag Program provides food to children who may need supplemental food support over the weekend. Throụgh this program, Northwest Christian Church and Joan Austin Elementary School partner to supply food over the weekend and school holidays to kids who may benefit from this help.

Si coopera la calidad del aire, tendremos el evento el día 17 septiembre desde las 8 am - 7 pm.
* Llegue en cu coche a la frente de la escuela y quede en su coche
* Un empleado pedirá el nombre de su estudiante y grado
* Otro empleado llevará sus útiles
* No olvídese la Forma de Contactos de emergencia
* Los estudiantes recibirán una pizarra, cuadernos, y talvez otras cosas.

Good Stuff Bag Program
El Programa de Bolsas con Cosas Buenas provee comida a los niños quien necesitan comida suplementaria para el fin de semana. Por este programa la Iglesia Northwest Christian y la Primaria Joan Austin nos unimos a proveer comida durante los fines de semana y vacaciones escolares a los niños que pueden beneficiarse de la ayuda.
