Process for reporting an injury, disease or illness

1.   Report the injury as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours after the injury by:

Direct Deposit

Newberg School District encourages employees to utilize the direct deposit process for payroll.  Any employee can elect to have their paycheck directly deposited into their bank account.

Contact the district payroll office to request enrollment forms and information.  The completed authorization forms need to be received in the payroll office by the payroll due dates indicated below.  Timesheets should include time worked through the due date.  For example; timesheets turned in on August 5 should include time worked from July 6 through August 5, 2022.

Newberg School District - 2023 403(b) Announcement Supplemental Retirement Saving Opportunities

Newberg School District offers an excellent voluntary program through which you may elect to contribute a portion of income into supplemental retirement savings accounts: the 403(b) Plan. Newberg School District has contracted with Carruth Compliance Consulting (“CCC”), a Third Party Administrator (TPA), to provide information and support for the 403(b) Plan.
