  • Connecting with the media
  • Leading internal and external communications, marketing, and outreach
  • Engaging the community
  • Managing news updates on the website, especially press releases and articles
  • Performing opinion research
  • Creating publications for the District Office
  • Coordinating translation services
  • Managing Blackboard and social media
