Celebrate Your Student

Would you like to surprise your student by having them come to school and find their locker decorated?  Print and complete the form below, enclose payment, put form and payment in an envelope marked MV Office and have your student deliver to the Office (or you can deliver it if you would like).

Money raised will help fund teacher, classroom and student needs, as well as AVID and MV's incentive program.  Locker decorations will vary depending on occasion.
