Thursday, June 13, is the last day of school and a half day for 6th and 7th Graders. Lunch will be served with students dismissed at 11:15 am. Once announcements are finished, 6th and 7th Graders will move on to their 4th period class to participate in field day (assuming the weather is nice). We encourage students to bring water bottles for field day.
8th Graders will report to school just like any other school day. During 1st period, 8th grade celebration t-shirts will be handed out and students will be changing into them. Shortly thereafter, students will be called down to the gym for the 8th Grade Celebration. Students will be seated in chairs on the gym floor with family members seated in the bleachers. The Celebration begins at 8:15 am while ending between 9:30 and 10:30 am. Parents are encouraged to take their 8th grader home after the Celebration. Parking is available in the MV Parking Lot, NHS Parking Lot next to the Tennis Courts or street parking (please be courteous of our neighbors and do not block their driveways).
