MV 8th Grade AVID students visit Ewing Young Elementary

On Thursday, October 20th, Mountain View's AVID 8 class went to Ewing Young to participate in scientific experiments involving owl pellets.  Mr. Gallagher's 8th graders worked with Mrs. Johnston's and Mr. Taylor's classes.  The 1st grade students were classifying the animal bones found in the pellets and the 8th grade students were helping guide them through the process by asking the 1st grade students questions to facilitate the research process.
