Catalyst graduates largest class yet
Bill Rogers, Catalyst Alternative High School Principal, expects to be handing out 39 diplomas at graduation ceremonies on Thursday, June 8, 2017. Compared to the 28 graduates in 2016, Rogers says this is the most number of students completing degree requirements since the program opened five years ago.
Graduation ceremonies will feature student speaker Morgan Gonzales and school counselor Ben Stern as the staff speaker. All students are featured in a slideshow of highlights of the 2016-17 school year.
Catalyst graduation ceremonies will be held in the Drea Ferguson Auditorium on the Newberg High School campus at 7p.m., June 8, 2017
