GE Program featured in education news

A special edition of the Quality at Work newsletter for partners in Oregon's childcare and education system, features the NHS Great Expectations program. Director Susan Ludwig shared the programs experience in implementing changes to improve their program quality based on Quality Rating and Improvement System standards.

Great Expectations has focused on staff training and education. Currently all of the GE educators have earned college degrees and are in the process of obtaining advanced child development credentials. The full article is attached.
