Musicians headed to state competition
District solo and ensemble competition was an outstanding day for the Newberg Choir Program. All male entries and VocalPoint Vocal Ensemble will be going to State Solo and Ensemble Contest in May.

The NHS Wind Ensemble qualified for the State Band Contest Saturday at the GFU invitational band festival. There are two more festivals coming up on April 2 at 6pm at Western Oregon University and the TRL festival at West Linn High School on April 14.
