New SAT dates offered in summer for upcoming seniors

SAT and SAT Subject Tests

For the first time, students will be able to take the SAT® and SAT Subject Tests™ in August. Taking the exam in the summer is great news for juniors because it allows them time to meet early application deadlines and focus on classwork as they begin their senior year. Talk to your students about testing in August; registration opens in late April.

Remember, every SAT or SAT Subject Test registration covers fours score reports, as long as the student specifies them by the date indicated on the admission ticket (usually nine days after the test date).

SAT Fee Waivers

Don’t forget to request for SAT fee waivers for your students for the August 2017 SAT administration. If a student is eligible for a fee waiver, the student can take the SAT or SAT Subject Tests for free—and students get four free additional score reports to use at any time during high school plus apply free to four colleges.
