Physicals: Need to be turned into the Athletic/Bookkeeping Office

• Student athletes currently doing a fall sport just need to stop by the Athletic/Bookkeeping office to get cleared for the winter

• Paper forms can be picked up at the Athletic/Bookkeeping office or downloaded from the NHS website.

• Required Sports Concussion Testing
