Physics Paper Tower Challenge

Challenge:  Build the tallest tower out of 4 pieces of copy paper and 0.5 m of packing tape. The tower must be self supportive and completed during class (15 min. for physics, 30 min. for Con. Physics)

The winning Design Team from all four of Trish Beckius's Physics classes is from period 5 Physics:  Erica Brand, Jay Byers (Nygren), Michael Carroll, and Keeghan Vanderwater.  

The final height:  1.9 m tall, short of the record set last year at 2.64m.
