Ready to laugh?

If you’re a fan of Saturday Night Live, Mr. Bean, Monty Python or Abbott and Costello, get ready to laugh until you cry at “A Night of Comedy” on November 16th and 17th. Comedy routines include improvisational and original material, plus skits from favorite comedians and comedy groups. Performances start at 7pm in the Newberg High School auditorium. The five-dollar general admission goes toward sending NHS students to Scotland.  Organizers are also offering a free Improv Workshop for students in 6th grade and up at noon on November 17th in the auditorium. Samara Eilert produces “A Night of Comedy”. The Silver School senior has been active in dramatic productions since her debut as a munchkin in “The Wizard of Oz” as a sixth grader.
