Baseline concussion testing is required each school year. Here is the schedule for all fall student-athletes:

Wednesday, August 9, NHS Main Commons. Bring a laptop or Chromebook.

• 8:45 a.m.: Football, 9th/10th
• 9:30 a.m.: Football, 11th/12th
• 10:15 a.m.: Girls Soccer
• 11:00 a.m.: Boys Soccer
• 11:45 a.m.: Volleyball
• 12:30 p.m.: Cheer and Dance
• 1:15 p.m.: Water Polo
• 2:00 p.m.: Cross Country

Fall sports officially begin on Monday, August 14. All students who plan to participate in a fall sport must be fully registered by August 14. 

All students who need a physical for the 2023-2024 school year can complete their physical at the NHS School-Based Health Center on August 9 and 10 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can schedule an appointment by calling or texting 971-231-5855. Walk-ins will also be accepted. Physicals are good for two years.
