Can't view grades?
Middle and high school parents and parents may be receiving an error message when they open their student’s grade book in ParentVUE or StudentVUE.
The error is a result of a Synergy system upgrade and is impacting schools throughout Oregon. Synergy is working to correct the problem, but warns a solution may not be in place until January 31st.
If parents experiencing problems viewing their student’s grades on the ParentVUE app have concerns, they are encouraged to email their student’s teachers for specific grade and assignment information. Students should contact their teachers directly.
