Engagement Sessions for the Construction Bond
We want your input as we begin the design process for the biggest construction bond in Newberg Public Schools' history!
The best way to create spaces which work for all students is to use a racial equity and social justice lens. Hearing the reflections and stories of as many people as possible will shape all of the design work we do. We then will support and honor the experiences and identities of ALL Newberg and Dundee. The way we perceive the school environment is shaped by our social identities and lived experiences. These dialogue sessions will give a valuable opportunity to align these building improvement projects with the District's educational vision and antiracism goals.
We are organizing Zoom meetings for various groups to streamline the process. Find a group that fits who you are, and use the link to register!
"BIPOC" stands for "Black, Indigenous, People of Color". Those groups are limited to only those who identify as BIPOC.
