Newberg superintendent announces retirement

Newberg Public Schools Superintendent Paula Radich announced today that she would retire at the end of the current school year. The Newberg School Board accepted her resignation at its regular meeting last night and will begin a superintendent search process immediately.

Radich has served as superintendent of the 5,100-student district since 1999. She was named Oregon Superintendent of the Year in 2010.
