The Newberg School District is accepting proposals for Supplemental Student Transportation Services

Submission Deadline: January 26th, 2023 12:00 PM, PST
 

Proposals must be received at the District Administration Office by 12:00 PM, PST on Thursday, January 26th, 2023 for consideration. Six (6) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal are required. In addition, proposers must be available for an interview, if requested, with the Selection Committee in person on January 31st, 2023.

Pre-Proposal Conference will be held in on January 9, 2023, at 1:00 PM PST at Newberg Public School’s Office, 714 E. 6th Street, Newberg, Oregon. Attendance is mandatory. Newberg Public Schools conducts such meetings in order to clarify information provided in the RFP and to provide interested proposers an opportunity to ask questions about the RFP. Statements made by the District’s representatives at the conference are not binding on the District unless confirmed by written addendum.

Proposals will be opened on January 26, 2023, at 1:00 PM, PST, at the Newberg Public School’s Office. Only the name of the proposer will be read aloud.
