School board seeks candidates to fill vacancy
The Newberg School Board is seeking applications from interested persons to fill the unexpired term for Zone 2 through June 30, 2018. Director Polly Peterson resigned her position when she moved out of the school board zone.
Any resident of the district that is a registered voter, has lived in the district for one year and lives within Zone 2 may be considered for appointment to this position.
Zone 2 roughly mirrors the Ewing Young attendance area in northwest Newberg. Use the map or written description online to confirm whether or not your address is in Zone 2.
