Based on recommendations in a study of online learning in Yamhill County, Newberg Public Schools are examining ways to collaborate with families of home school students to develop local educational options. Yamhill-Carlton School District has launched a successful program that delivers online curriculum and enrichment opportunities to home school students. Newberg educators will be exploring similar partnership options with parents of approximately 100 K-8 students at an upcoming informational meeting.
