Summer meals bridge the gap
Free, nutrition meals for children and teens are available in four Newberg locations Monday through Friday until August 28th.
Edwards cafeteria serves breakfast between 8-8:30 a.m.; lunch is served from 11a.m – 12 p.m.
Sack lunches are provided at three sites Monday through Friday:
- St. Michaels Episcopal Church, 110 S. Everest Rd. – 11 a.m.
- Pool Park, 1802 Haworth Ave. – 11:30 a.m.
- Skate/BMX Track at Ewing Young Historical Park, 1201 S. Blaine Street 12:15 p.m.
No meals are served on July 3. There is no charge for children ages 1 – 18. Adult meals are $1.
The national USDA Summer Food Service Program operates in collaboration with the Nutrition Services department at Newberg Public Schools. Please call Newberg Public Schools at 503-554-5016 if you have questions.
