Halloween trick or treating on First Street starts downtown at 5 p.m. on Monday October 31st. Activities include:

• Photos at Francis Square for your family picture (bring your own camera)
• Preschool Activities at Hopp’s Insurance/Dormer’s Embroidery with Chehalem Park and Recreation District
• Vote for your favorite decorated business (ballots at Francis Square and other locations throughout downtown)
• Haunted Trolley rides through downtown: catch at Nap’s and First and Edwards
• Haunted House at the Scout House in Memorial Park from 6-8 p.m.
