From 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Aug. 1 in Memorial Park, families can enjoy a National Night Out event with police dogs and Kona Ice!

If your children like Kona Ice and dogs, then there's a great opportunity for them to enjoy both during a local National Night Out event on Tuesday, Aug. 1.

From 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Aug. 1 in Memorial Park, families will come together to enjoy Kona Ice, a dunk tank, a drone demonstration, tasty food, K-9 police dogs, car smashing, and more.

The Newberg-Dundee Police Department is teaming up with community partners to create the event: Newberg Animal Shelter Friends, Newberg-Dundee Police Foundation, Kona Ice, Newberg-Dundee 911 Emergency Communications, and Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.).
