Welcome to our Community
Newberg is located 25 miles southwest of Portland, Oregon. We are a growing school district serving communities characterized by a small-town atmosphere and rich natural beauty. Considered the gateway to Oregon's wine country, Newberg and Dundee are a short distance from the Oregon coast, Mt. Hood ski slopes and downtown Portland.
Newberg Public Schools serves an 85 square mile area in the Chehalem Valley that includes the cities of Newberg and Dundee, rural Yamhill County and parts of Washington and Clackamas Counties.
